SHORE DIVING: PATTAYA & BEYOND

1. Samae San / Pattaya House Reefs Note: Local exploration of private house reefs. Sightings: Frequent Blue-spotted Rays, Moray Eels, and Seahorses in the seagrass patches.

2. Hat Nang Ram (45km) Entry: https://www.google.com/maps?q=12.6072,100.9258 Sightings: Clear water, large Moray Eels, and Anemonefish colonies. Juvenile Green Turtles are often seen near the rocky points.

3. Rayong (75km - 90km) Note: This coastline is the main hub for shore diving logistics. Expect Nudibranchs, Ghost Pipefish, Thor Shrimp, and Bamboo Sharks resting under rocky ledges.

5. Ao Khung Kraben (170km) Entry: https://www.google.com/maps?q=12.5734,101.8903 Note: Long drive to Chanthaburi. No air stations nearby—bring your own tanks from Rayong. Sightings: Unique explorer macro and seafan forests.
